Dámaris est une thérapeute exceptionnelle ! Grâce à elle, j’ai appris à mieux me connaître, à retrouver confiance en moi, à reconnaître ma valeur et surtout à m’aimer et à me respecter. Elle m’a énormément aidée à mieux gérer mes émotions, à sortir de la dépendance affective, à poser des limites et à construire des relations beaucoup plus saines et équilibrées.

Ce que j’adore chez Dámaris, c’est qu’elle est directe, authentique et profondément bienveillante. Elle ne tourne pas autour du pot, ne vous dit pas ce que vous voulez entendre et ne vous fait pas perdre votre temps. Elle va droit à l’essentiel, avec beaucoup de compassion, une grande intelligence émotionnelle et un formidable sens de l’humour !

Avec elle, on avance vraiment, on prend conscience de ses schémas et on apprend à se libérer de ce qui nous empêche d’être heureux.

I met Damaris at a time when my self-worth was at an all-time low. The world appeared a gloomy place, absent of possibility. I was immediately struck with the strength and conviction with which Damaris approached this life. She openly shared her personal challenges and behaviours. I soon felt very inspired. My time with Damaris compelled me to begin to treat myself with respect, to pull myself out of defeat in to possibility and potential. Damaris m’a beaucoup aidé au cours de mon voyage vers une sobriété où je prends plaisir dans la vie à nouveau.

I met Dámaris a month ago in a treatment centre in Spain and after 28 days there was no way I was finding another therapist when I came back to England. Dámaris doesnt take any of my bulls**t and is helping me to get to the root cause of my addiction and self loathing. She is the first therapist I have been able to be completely honest with and she tells me exactly what I need to hear not what I want to hear. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience. From the first session, I felt comfortable and never judged. Damaris is incredibly patient, and easy to talk to, which made opening up much easier than I expected.

She has helped me understand myself better, work through difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways to cope with stress and challenges as well as better my life. I always leave our sessions feeling lighter, more hopeful, and with practical tools I can actually use in my everyday life.
